Privacy and responsible use
Educational purpose
The platform supports anatomy and diagnostic imaging education. Content is not a medical report, clinical guidance or a replacement for assessment by a qualified professional.
Images
Demonstration images are synthetic or come from open sources identified in each learning path. Administrators must obtain authorization, remove identifiers and comply with applicable law before publishing studies.
Account data and voluntary profile
Authentication provides an email address, available name and account identifier. Learners may voluntarily add profile details. Sensitive fields are stored only after explicit consent and are encrypted. Do not provide third-party data.
In-app notifications
The owner can send in-app notifications to all users, by role, or individually. They are visible only to the selected recipient, do not use email, SMS, or external push in this version, and must not contain sensitive clinical or personal data.
Access auditing
Each successful OAuth login creates a date, time and account record. Access reports are restricted to administrators and must be retained only for the stated purpose.
Educational usage metrics
To improve course organization, the platform records page views, study openings and quiz starts and completions using a temporary random identifier stored only as a hash.
The Viewer records only technical load milestones, mode, and broad runtime and connection classes. It does not record IP addresses, exact speed, pixels, files, DICOM URLs, UIDs, GPS, government identifiers, phone numbers, answers, or precise geolocation. Delete data when no longer needed for the educational purpose.
DICOM files
Upload anonymized studies only. Do not upload names, documents, birth dates, medical record numbers or any personal identifier.
